Casa Joy x Flabelus: Bringing Brand Experiences to Life Around the World

From Seoul and The Hamptons to Antwerp and Copenhagen Fashion Week, Casa Joy joined Flabelus throughout summer 2026 to create bespoke branded pieces for a series of international press and influencer events.

Our collaboration with Flabelus began in 2025, when Casa Joy created a collection of personalized pieces for an intimate creator journey along the Nile. Fourteen European creators received bespoke embroidered baskets, velvet scarves, palm-leaf fans and personalized cameras, all designed around the Flabelus visual universe.

In summer 2026, that collaboration evolved into something much bigger.

Casa Joy accompanied Flabelus' international events calendar with custom branded baskets created for press, influencers, buyers and creative communities around the world — travelling from South Korea to The Hamptons, Antwerp and Copenhagen.

The project became a beautiful example of something we believe deeply at Casa Joy: the most memorable brand experiences don't end when the event does.

From Seoul to Copenhagen: A Summer of Flabelus Experiences

South Korea

The first stop was South Korea, where Flabelus made its debut with two events in Seoul. Flabelus described the launch as its first time in the country, bringing its universe to local guests and high-profile K-pop personalities.

On June 14, the brand hosted an intimate dinner bringing together press, buyers and influencers.

Two days later, on June 16, the focus shifted towards the creator community with an influencer workshop — a more interactive format designed around discovery, creativity and connection.

For both experiences, Casa Joy's personalized baskets became part of the physical expression of the Flabelus brand: functional objects that guests could use during the event, photograph and ultimately take home.

The Hamptons — Flabelus x Cake Members community

From Seoul, the collaboration travelled across the Atlantic.

On July 31, Flabelus joined the Cake Members community in The Hamptons for another summer activation, with Casa Joy pieces once again incorporated into the experience.

Against the relaxed backdrop of a Hamptons summer, the baskets moved beyond traditional promotional merchandise. They became part of the styling of the event itself — an object designed to belong naturally within the setting while still carrying a recognizable brand identity.

Antwerp — Flabelus x L'Officiel Belgium

The next stop brought the collaboration to Antwerp, where Flabelus partnered with L'Officiel Belgium around its Antwerp presence.

The event brought guests into the Flabelus universe through fashion, storytelling and community. Coverage from attendees highlighted the brand's Spanish production, its female-led story and the narrative behind its collections.

Once again, the Casa Joy basket became part of that world — not simply as a branded gift, but as an extension of the visual identity surrounding the experience.

Copenhagen Fashion Week

The summer journey culminated in Copenhagen.

On August 3, the opening day of Copenhagen Fashion Week SS27, Flabelus hosted a breakfast and creative workshop for influencers and members of the press. The 2026 edition marked Copenhagen Fashion Week's 20th anniversary and brought together 34 shows and presentations across the Danish capital.

Casa Joy's bespoke Flabelus basket accompanied the activation — and this time, it travelled even further than we could have anticipated.

The basket appeared in the lead image of Vogue Germany's Instagram coverage from Copenhagen Fashion Week, carried on the streets of Copenhagen as part of the fashion surrounding the week.

For us, it was a particularly special moment: a piece originally conceived as part of an intimate branded experience becoming organically integrated into fashion-week street style and editorial coverage.

Why the Best Brand Experiences Live Beyond the Event

Experiential marketing has changed.

A beautiful venue and an impressive guest list are no longer the entirety of a brand event. Every physical element of an experience has the potential to become part of the brand's wider story.

A guest arrives. They receive something thoughtfully designed. They carry it throughout the event. It appears naturally in photographs and social content. They take it home. They use it again.

The object becomes a touchpoint between the brand and the person long after the event itself has finished.

That is why we approach branded merchandise differently at Casa Joy.

Rather than placing a logo onto a generic promotional product, we think about the object as part of the creative direction of the experience: its material, colour, personalization, function and relationship with the environment around it.

The goal is to create something guests want to carry, photograph and keep.

The Vogue Germany Copenhagen image illustrates exactly why this matters. The basket wasn't photographed as traditional advertising. It became naturally embedded within a fashion moment — precisely because the product could exist beyond the event for which it had originally been created.

Designing Branded Merchandise People Actually Want to Keep

For brands, the distinction between promotional merchandise and a desirable branded object is increasingly important.

When designing pieces for an influencer event, press dinner, fashion-week activation or destination brand trip, we consider three things simultaneously: the identity of the brand, the context of the event and the life of the object afterwards.

The Flabelus baskets are a perfect example.

They are immediately recognizable as part of the brand's universe, yet still feel like objects guests can incorporate into their own wardrobe and lifestyle.

This creates opportunities for organic visibility far beyond the initial activation — whether the piece appears in an influencer's content, travels with a guest, becomes part of street-style photography or, as happened in Copenhagen, finds its way into fashion media.

A Global Collaboration, Made Personal

What began with our 2025 Nile collaboration has now travelled across continents.

Cairo. Seoul. The Hamptons. Antwerp. Copenhagen.

Different cities, audiences and formats — from intimate dinners and workshops to fashion-week activations — but one consistent idea: creating tangible pieces that help translate the Flabelus identity into an experience.

Our original Nile project was centred around a complete creator welcome experience, with embroidered Sol baskets, cameras, palm-leaf fans and velvet scarves created specifically around Flabelus' signature burgundy palette and visual codes.

Summer 2026 allowed us to take that relationship further, showing how one thoughtfully developed branded product can adapt to entirely different cultural and creative settings while remaining unmistakably connected to the same brand.

Casa Joy for Brand Events, Influencer Trips & Hospitality

At Casa Joy, we work with brands, creative agencies, hotels and event planners to develop bespoke promotional products and branded accessories for experiences around the world.

From personalized baskets, fans and bandanas to caps, towels, parasols, matchboxes, bags and custom-developed pieces, each project can be adapted around a brand's visual identity.

We work across influencer and creator trips, press events, fashion activations, product launches, brand dinners, destination events, hospitality experiences and corporate gifting.

Because ultimately, good branding shouldn't feel like advertising.

It should feel like something people are genuinely happy to take home.
