1. Made-to-Order Products

All items at Casa Joy are handmade and customized based on your specific requests. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders typically take 4–6 weeks to produce, depending on the volume and customization. We’ll keep you updated along the way and notify you once your order ships.

3. Payments

Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods provided at checkout.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is in production. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at hello@casa-joy.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including images, product designs, and text — is the property of Casa Joy. Please do not use or reproduce it without our written permission.

6. Liability

We take great care in crafting and delivering your order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
